Welcome to ToonCanvas. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we work hard to deliver high-quality custom cartoon artwork for every order. Because our services involve personalized digital artwork created specifically for each customer, please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Overview
At ToonCanvas, every cartoon portrait and custom artwork is digitally created based on the customer’s uploaded photo and instructions. Due to the personalized nature of our service, refunds are handled according to the conditions outlined below.
By purchasing any service from ToonCanvas, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Customers may qualify for a refund under the following situations:
✅ Duplicate Payment
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate payment after verification.
✅ Order Not Delivered
If we fail to deliver your order within the promised timeframe and no communication or update has been provided, you may request a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
✅ Incorrect Service Delivered
If the final artwork delivered is completely different from the selected service package or does not match the uploaded photo in a major way, we will review the issue and provide revisions or an appropriate refund when applicable.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Due to the custom and digital nature of our artwork services, refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
❌ Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued if you simply decide you no longer want the artwork after work has started.
❌ Minor Design Preferences
Differences in artistic style, colors, expressions, or subjective preferences are not considered valid reasons for refunds. We encourage customers to request revisions where applicable.
❌ Low-Quality Uploaded Photos
Customers are responsible for uploading clear, high-quality photos. ToonCanvas is not responsible for issues caused by blurry, cropped, dark, or unclear images.
❌ Completed & Delivered Orders
Once the final artwork has been delivered successfully, the order is considered completed and non-refundable.
❌ Delays Caused by Customer
If delays occur because the customer did not respond, failed to provide required details, or uploaded incorrect files, refunds will not be applicable.
4. Revision Policy
We want every customer to love their cartoon artwork.
Eligible orders may include revision requests depending on the selected package. Revisions are intended for small adjustments such as:
- Minor facial corrections
- Color adjustments
- Background edits
- Small text changes
Revisions do not include:
- Complete redesigns
- Style changes after delivery
- Changing the original uploaded photo entirely
To request a revision, customers must contact us within 7 days after delivery.
5. Cancellation Policy
Before Work Starts
Orders may be canceled before our design team begins work on the project. In such cases, customers may receive a full or partial refund depending on payment processing fees.
After Work Has Started
Once work on the artwork has started, cancellations may not be eligible for refunds because design resources and production time have already been allocated.
6. Delivery Time & Delays
Our standard delivery timeframe is generally between 24-48 hours unless otherwise stated.
However, delivery times may vary during:
- High order volume periods
- Holidays
- Technical issues
- Complex custom requests
If unexpected delays occur, customers will be notified through email or support communication.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact ToonCanvas support before opening any payment dispute or chargeback.
Opening a fraudulent chargeback after receiving completed artwork may result in:
- Permanent service restriction
- Evidence submission to payment processors
- Legal recovery actions where applicable
We are always happy to work with customers to resolve issues fairly and professionally.
8. Digital Product Notice
All ToonCanvas services are digital products delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate email information for delivery purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
ToonCanvas shall not be held responsible for:
- Customer dissatisfaction based on personal artistic taste
- Third-party printing issues
- Device color display differences
- Incorrect customer instructions
- Losses resulting from misuse of delivered artwork
